Wayne State College is requesting bids for fire alarm upgrades at Neihardt Hall. Sealed bids will be
received until 2:00 PM, November 8, 2016, at the office of Angie Fredrickson, Vice President for
Administration and Finance, Wayne State College, 201 Hahn Administration Building, 1111 Main Street,
Wayne, NE 68787 at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the received bids will be publicly
opened and considered for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper
construction of said project.

Project consists of fire alarm upgrades to Neihardt Hall. The work consists of fire alarm upgrades for central system and buildings listed above. The work includes removing existing fire alarm systems and replacing with new
systems, devices, wiring, etc.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Farris Engineering. A builder's card will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within fifteen (15) calendar days after the bid date.
