Public Notes:
This project involves the Renovation of Cozad Housing Authority's office building, including remolding of the offices, entry, waiting and community room. Total area of remolding is 3130 SF. The work will include demolition and removal of some interior walls, the installation of new flooring in the entire area, removal of some light fixtures and installation of new light fixtures, and installation of new PTAC unit.
