The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska invites Bids for a Single Prime Contract
for removal and replacement of the existing wood roof structure at the UNMC Central Utility
Plant (CUP). Replacement will consist of the installation of new prefabricated steel trusses
and a new roof system. The project also includes mechanical and electrical work associated
with new combustion intake louvers, two new make-up air units (Alternate #1), new exhaust
air ventilation fans, and Window Replacement (Alternate #2). Project location is at The
University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska (UNMC).

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
