Public Notes:
The project consists of the construction of a 10,400 sq ft metal building consisting of 4 classrooms, horticulture lab, industrial ag/shop with 9 welding stations. Two restrooms, locker rooms, and 3 storage rooms. Building will be sprinkled. 500 sq ft connecting link with ramp. Re-roof existing connecting link that our new connecting link ties into. 1,470 sq ft bid alternate for bus parking. Base bid to have gravel floor, bid alternate 1a is to install concrete floor with drain. The anticipated start of construction is Nov 2016 with completion schedule is to be spring of 2017.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, 402-474-5454, with a refundable check of $100 made out to A&D Technical Supply Co. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within 45 days after the bid opening date.

Bidders may also obtain a CD or Download with PDF copies of the plans and specifications for a non-refundable fee of $25.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee of $9.00 be required.
