Project Description: Project consists of the interior remodel of approximately 2,200 SF and limited exterior improvements. The Project includes architectural and electrical work and limited mechanical and structural work.

Procurement and Contracting Documents may be obtained by contacting A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE, 68508, (402) 474-5454, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 (checks only) per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to Osni Ponca LLC.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A & D Technical Supply Co., in good condition.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).


CD's and Downloads in PDF format of Complete Set are available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

All checks for purchases are made payable to A&D Technical Supply Company.


If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat rate of $9.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).
There will be a $9.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).

You may use a credit card for purchases of CD's & Downloads on this project.
