The Work includes but is not limited to:
New construction of a single story 12,000 square foot building. Building is intended to included multiple restaurant tenants. Construction includes a patio and deck, site work extending to the curb line adjacent to the building.
Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 402-474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Manzitto Real Estate.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned no later than one month after bid date.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
