p.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in the Laurel-Concord-Coleridge High School, District Superintendent’s
office, Community Learning Center entrance, 502 Wakefield Street in Laurel, Nebraska 68745.
Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to
attend.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Renovation of existing classroom space for new administrative offices, secure entrance
and reception area, new learning center entrance, key card access at multiple perimeter door locations, new media center millwork and associated work within the existing
Laurel-Concord-Coleridge School facility at 502 Wakefield Street, Laurel, Nebraska.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. * A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
Bidders may also obtain a CD
with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to
biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 per set and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (found in the project manual)is required to process digital document requests.
CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid opening. After 10 days, the deposit will be foreited.
