Scope of work for this project includes: 1. Construct new addition for new vestibule entry, new men's restroom and new women's restroom.
2. Renovate existing restroom area into table and chair storage.
3. Remove existing counter and sink in kitchen. re-install existing sinks in new counter.
4. Install new mop sink.
