Sealed bids for the Crossroads of Western Iowa Office Build-out located at 1851 Madison
Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa will be received at the offices of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth
Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa, until Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. and will be opened
publicly. The bid tab will be made public. Weighted consideration will be given to the bidder
with the earliest completion date.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Work includes but is not limited to interior renovation of an existing space at Shoppes
Madison Avenue. Materials include metal stud framing, wood doors, hollow metal and
aluminum framing, casework, insulation and interior and exterior finishes. Fire sprinklers,
mechanical and electrical systems are included in the work. No site work is included.
