Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 572 of Douglas County, NE (Grandview Ridge Estates), will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, October 13th at Olsson Associates (2111 South 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "George B. Lake Parkway - Highway 6 Improvements - S.I.D 572 (Grandview Ridge Estates)”.

Construct paving improvement for George B. Lake Parkway west entrance.
F Street
- Construct grading improvements along north side of F Street, Construct storm sewer improvements along north side of F Street.
