Bid Info:   Andersen Construction will accept bids from pre-qualified Sub-Contractors for the project located at 103 West Broadway Council Bluffs, Iowa until 2:00 PM CST, On October 12, 2016 at their office at the address listed above. The contractor shall submit bids by either email, fax or hand delivered in a sealed envelope labeled “PROPOSAL, Rise On Broadway” and the name of the bidder written clearly on its front. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to: Work to include construction of a new mixed used building on W Broadway in Council Bluffs Iowa. The building includes retail bays on first level with three levels of residential units above.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to J Development. *A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned no later than one month after bid date.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
