Sealed proposals will be received by the Red Oak Community School District (ROCSD) 2011 N. 8th Street, District Offices - Tech Center Entrance, Red Oak, IA 51566 until 2:00 p.m. on the 6th day of October, 2016 for all labor, materials, and assemblies under multiple prime contracts and will be opened and read aloud at 2:15 p.m. for construction and/or installation of the following improvements (no awards will be made at this time). Bids for Bid Package 4 are due by October 20, 2016.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Addition of accessible locker facility on the main floor of the High School. Renovations will occur within the existing High School to add a sink, shower, toilet, and lockers. Addition of a changing room on the main level of the Middle School gym building. Addition of a wheelchair lift between the first and second level of the Middle School gym building. This work includes demo, concrete patching, plumbing, cmu walls, framing, drywall, tile, painting, acoustical ceiling repair, toilet accessories, doors frames and hardware, wheelchair lift, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical items. Bid Packages will be as follows: General Trades Package,
Wheelchair Lift Package,
Electrical Package,
HVAC and Plumbing Package.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to Red Oak Community School District. *A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
