Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Titan Hill Intermediate School Multi-Purpose & Administrative Addition, located at 4125 Harry Langdon Blvd., Council Bluffs, IA 51503 before 2:00 pm local standard time on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.
Bids shall be submitted to the Owner at the following address: Lewis Central Community Schools, 4121 Harry Langdon Blvd., Council Bluffs, IA 51503, ATTN: Mr. Jeff Carper.

Public Notes:
Project Description: An 11,500 S.F. gymnasium/multi-purpose and administrative office addition constructed of structural masonry & brick, steel joists & decking, metal wall panels, and including, PVC roofing, gymnasium equipment, translucent wall panel system, aluminum storefront, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, casework, metal studs & drywall, mechanical, electrical and life safety systems. An additional 8,800 S.F. of renovation work to existing administrative area and existing building envelope work will also be included. The project will be constructed in two phases.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Lewis Central Community School District. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, to the office of BVH Architects within 10 business days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
