A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, September 29th at Olsson Associates, 2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.

The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 537 of Douglas County, NE (The Prairies), will receive sealed bids
until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, on October 6, 2016, at Olsson Associates (2111 South 67th Street, Suite 200,
Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing
labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Sediment Basin
Closure – Section I” for S.I.D. 537 The Prairies.
