Public Notes:
Work consists of the renovation of a 7,140 square foot main lobby, reception, and office area, 100 square foot bathroom and scale area, 264 square foot lab and bathroom area along with replacing major components of the main roof top air handling unit locate in the penthouse. The chase-way and main ductwork leading from the penthouse to the lower level will be relocated. An alternate bid will be to refinish the 4 existing lobby bathrooms that total 500 square feet. The project will be construction phases to allow the Clinic to maintain normal business hour of operation. Portions of the work is anticipated to be completed after normal business hours.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, 402-474-5454, with a refundable check of $100 made out to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Bidders may also obtain a CD or Download with PDF copies of the plans and specifications for a non-refundable fee of $25.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee of $9.00 be required.
