Bid Info:   Bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 11, 2016 by Jerry Pohlman, Nebraska Department of Corrections, 801 W. Prospector Place Building #1 Lincoln, Nebraska. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The project includes the construction of a 100 Bed temporary work release facility for the Nebraska Department of Corrections.



Job Purchase Information:
Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, 402-474-5454, upon a non-refundable payment of $70 to A&D.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

Bidders may also obtain a CD with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500.
A non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 per set and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (found in the project manual)is required to process digital document requests.

CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.
