Bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 6, 2016 in the Hampton Public School District Office in the High School Building at 458 5th Street, Hampton, Nebraska 68843. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

This project consists of the construction of a new competition gymnasium, varsity locker
rooms, commons, music room, administrative offices, and secure entrance addition
linking the Jr./Sr. High and Elementary buildings as well as renovation of tre existing
Elementary School, cafeteria and kitchen. The new construction will be located between
and connecting the existing Jr./Sr. High and Elementary buildings. Renovation in the
existing Elementary School will include HVAC, infrastructure and lighting repairs and/or
replacement power distribution upgrades, selected space reassignment, finish
improvements and ADA and life safety code compliance.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to Carlson West Povondra Architects. * A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
Bidders may also obtain a CD
with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to
biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 per set and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (found in the project manual)is required to process digital document requests.
CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon return of the Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days after the Bid opening. After 10 days, the deposit will be foreited.
