Public Notes:
Project Description: Work includes a new approximately 8,100 square foot building consisting of an office area with a crew room, bathrooms, and other associated spaces, heated vehicle storage bays, a wash bay, and a general storage bay. The bays portion of the building shall be a pre-engineered metal building with a concrete and CMU stem wall around the perimeter. The office area portion of the building will be metal or wood stud construction with a matching low CMU veneer. Site work includes a fuel island, new parking, walks, salt dome pad, various utilities, site grading and perimeter fencing. Mechanical and Electrical work includes general HVAC to heat and cool the building, plumbing, power and lighting.
