Digitally transmitted bids are acceptable subject to being received by bid time, and followed by a mailed, signed
copy postmarked the day of the bid opening. Digitally transmitted bids should be sent to the following e-mail

Bids will be opened privately. The Owner will select the successful bidder upon review of submitted bids.
