This project is a 3,200 SF Addition to the existing BMW/Jaguar Dealership on 716 North 102nd Street, Omaha, NE 68114 (across from Westroads Mall). The project contains work in the following trades: site demo/earthwork, rebar supply, concrete footings/flatwork, hollow metal doors/frames, sectional overhead doors, drywall/metal stud, pre-engineered metal building supply and erection, steel supply (bollards/etc.), fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC (radiant heating), and electrical.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Lueder Construction. A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
