A public bid opening will be held promptly at 11:05 AM on September 27th, 2016 at the offices of Tetrad Property Group, located at 2021 Transformation Dr., Suite 1100 Lincoln, NE 68508.

Job Purchase Information:
Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE, 68508, (402) 474-5454, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to Tetrad Property Group. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned with the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
