Scope of Work: Single story, 6,149 square foot new construction restaurant/bar. Construction is slab on grade, steel and metal stud framing with exterior walls consisting of a combination of aluminum and glass storefront, fiber cement lap siding, brick and stone veneer, exterior tile with a single-ply, directly adhered, light colored roof system in combination with standing seam roof panels.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, (402)474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to NGC Group, Inc.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
