Notice is hereby given that the Construction Manager, Puetz Corporation, will be accepting Bids for the Council Bluffs My Place Extended Stay Hotel, on August 24, 2016. Bids are due by 5:00 PM Central Time.
Bids shall be submitted via email or fax to Puetz Corporation. Bids must be plainly marked as Bid for My Place Extended Stay – Council Bluffs with the Bid Package Number(s) and the name and address of the Bidder clearly identified. If a single Bidder submits Bids on multiple Bid Packages, said Bidder shall submit separate and itemize Bids for each Bid Package. If a single Bidder, bidding on multiple Bid Packages has conditions regarding the acceptance of separate and itemized Bids for multiple Bid Packages, Bidder shall state conditions on their Bid.
