Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on September 1, 2016 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Project Location: Mead, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work consists of all labor, equipment, materials, travel, licenses and permits to build a simulator building and training aids storage at CATS-M, Mead NE. Project to include new structure which will incorporate multiple rooms designed to operate or store, issue & receive, and maintain training aids & simulators. The building includes latrines, a sealed floor, mechanical room, HVAC, and insulation and electrical throughout. It will have a commons area, 3 rooms dedicated to Simulator Systems. The building will require climate control in all areas excluding the warehouse. Security lights on the building to provide light from parking to entrance. The building will be designed & built following current UBC.
