The work consists of all labor, equipment, materials, travel, licenses and permits to convert the (built in 1993) 8,041 SqFt. building 670, into a transient training offices and supply. Project to consist of interior remodel, partitions, latrines, electrical, HVAC, exterior loading dock installation, doors, sidewalk, and parking. This project will alter 670 into a 5 separate unit areas, for better functionality. Including: East Side of building to have a loading dock. Separate HVAC for each area. Separate keying for each area.
