Bid Info:   A published bid date of August 11th shall be communicated to the plan rooms for the CMR to collect bids allowing 24 hours before their written proposal is due to Project Advocates.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Children’s Square of Council Bluffs, Iowa is requesting proposals to provide General Contracting Services to expand their current facility. The project includes, but not limited to, the construction of a new residential building located on the North end of the Children’s Square property.



Job Purchase Information:


Plans and Specifications “For Construction and Permits” prepared by The Schemmer Associates dated June 10th, 2016 are available at A & D Technical Supply. General Contractors will be provided one (1) printed copy of plans and specifications. The cost for additional copies ($155.00 non-refundable) will be the responsibility of the bidders of the project.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

Plans and specifications will be shipped upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents as no refund will be issued.
