Crane to set units on the roof, provide units, flex duct, metal duct, duct liner, insulation, HVAC unit line sets, access doors, louvers, grilles, registers, diffusers, thermostats, exhaust fans, toilet exhaust wall cap, smoke duct detectors, gas piping, own test & balance (not independent) and warranty.
ELECTRICAL:
Provide all Labor, fixtures, site lighting poles, Graybar cable tray, tools and equipment for the complete installation of the electrical system; including main service panels, switch gear, CT cabinet, meter base, main disconnect, conduit, conduit for telephone, wire, grounds, disconnects, devices, power and conduit to site poles, pylon sign and building sign, lamps, restroom hand dryers and warranty.
Plumbing:
Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment for the complete installation of the plumbing system in including but not limited to: waste & vent piping, floor/grade clean outs, water piping, insulation, water heater, ceiling suspended water heater platform, drain pan, drain line, floor drain, fixtures, gas piping.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
