PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project shall consist of a 2,140 SqFt. remodel and expansion of the existing York Housing Authority office space, and associated site improvements. The project includes mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. The owner will vacate the existing office area to enable non-phased construction.

A Refundable Deposit of $150.00 (checks only) per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

**The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A & D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 14 calendar days after the Bid Opening. All deposits will be cashed after this 14 day period.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set made payable to A & D Technical Supply.
