Separate sealed proposals will be received by Brenda Wheeler, Clerk of the City of Blair at City Hall,
218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska 68008, until 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of August, 2016, for
furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to complete all work designated as
Blair Detention Basin as per plans and specifications for such work now on file with the City Clerk
and at the office of A&D Technical Supply, 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127, which
proposals will be at that time publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.
