Advocates, Owner’s representative, at the ABC Building, 909 South 76th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68114. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or
representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Douglas County School District No. 66, a.k.a. Westside Community Schools, will receive Bids for a
Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for the new Oakdale
Elementary School located at 9801 West Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68124. In addition, right-of-way
public improvements to the adjacent access road and utilities are included in the Work. The building is two (2) stories in height, and has a total area of approximately sixty-one thousand five
hundred (61,500) square feet.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to Douglas County School District No. 66. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 30 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A&D Technical Supply.
After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
