The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 311 of Sarpy County, NE (Springfield Pines), will receive sealed
bids until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, Tuesday July 12, 2016 at Olsson Associates (2111 South 67th Street, Suite
200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for
furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Sanitary,
Storm, Water & Paving Section I - S.I.D 311 (Springfield Pines)”.

The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of all
proposed streets within Springfield Pines. Along with paving, this project will involve the construction of a
sanitary and storm sewer systems and a water main system.
