Sealed bids will be received in the Public Works office of the City of Bellevue, Nebraska until
10:00 AM., local time on the 8th of July, 2016, for the furnishing of labor, materials, usage of
contractor's equipment, plant, and all else necessary to complete the Pleasant Hill Gravity Sewer
and Lift Station Abandonment project, Bellevue, Nebraska. Immediately thereafter the bids will
be opened and read aloud in the presence of all interested parties.

The work consists of the following components: 1,833 LF 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, manholes,
300 LF horizontal directionally drilled pipe installation, abandonment of a lift station and valve
vault, seeding, and temporary fencing.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
