Bids signed and under seal, executed, and dated will be received by the Kearney Public Schools, for the
furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the Windy Hills Elementary Boiler Replacement,
located at 4211 20th Ave, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, July
7, 2016 at KPS Facilities Department, 1007 West 20th Street, Kearney, NE 68845. Proposals shall be delivered and marked “Windy Hills Elementary Boiler Replacement.” Emailed or faxed bids are not allowed.
Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids in the office of the Kearney
Public Schools Director of Facilities.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Morrissey Engineering. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The deposit will be returned in full only if
a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within fifteen (15) days of
the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and
Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
