Public Notes:
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents, and consists of preparing the site for the construction of a new two-story, wood-framed building of residential units on the Children’s Square U.S.A. campus in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The scope of the work includes site demolition, construction fencing, site utilities, site preparation and all site-related improvements including underground storm chambers, grading, paving and landscaping.
Site electrical will include providing temporary electric sleeves and conduit as required to install site paving. Conduit for fire alarm connection to the Post Indicator Switch. Conduit for primary electrical conduits under the west drive concrete.
Job Purchase Information:
