Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project know as Westside Middle School - Addition and Remodel, located at 8601 Arbor Street, Omaha, NE 68124, before 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.

The project consists of a 110,000 SF renovation and 20,000 SF of additions to the existing Middle School building located at 8601 Arbor Street in Omaha, NE.
Specific Scopes of work have already been awarded on this project. These include: Site Utilities, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $325.00 payable to Lueder Construction. A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
