A bid is invalid if it has net been deposited at the location noted prior to the time and date for receipt of bids, or prior to any extension thereof issued to the bidders. Bids will also be accepted by Fax (402) 827-5601 OR Email: estimating@sampson-construction.com. Bids may also be hand-delivered or mailed to Sampson Construction, 440 Regency Parkway, Suite 131, Omaha, NE 68114. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm local time on June 23, 2016. Project Description: The project is located on the northeast side of the existing School located at 602 Main St., Walthill, NE 68067, and includes a gymnasium addition and two-story addition for commons, concessions, restrooms and locker rooms, totaling approximately 20,000 S.F. The Scope of Work includes site demolition, grading, site utilities, foundations, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete wall panels, masonry, structural steel and misc. metals, an elevator, metal wall panels, aluminum storefront and curtainwall, HM doors and frames, wood doors, drywall, interior finishes, specialties, concessions equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm systems.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount $150.00 payable to Bahr, Vermeer and Haecker Architects.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 15 calendar days of the Bid Opening.
