Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received at the architect’s office, located at 818 S. Beltline Highway East, Suite B, Scottsbluff, Nebraska until 2:00 p.m. (MTN) July 14th, 2016, for the stair and ramp replacement, For Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. All bids, properly received, will be opened at that time in an open and public letting.

Project Location: Scottsbluff, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Removal of existing concrete stair and wood ramp; Installation of new concrete stair and concrete ramp; Installation of new exterior street lights; Installation of new sidewalk sections.

Plans and specifications for the above construction may be obtained after December 23, 2013 from A & D Technical Plan Service, 4320 So. 89th St, Omaha, Ne. 68127 (1-800-228- 2753) by submitting a $100.00 refundable deposit payable to Joseph R. Hewgley for each printed set required
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The deposit of $100 will be returned to actual bidders upon return of plans and specifications in good condition, within 10 days of bid opening to the architect.

If shipping is required, there is a non-refundable fee of $25.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. If shipping of CD's is required there is a non-refundable fee of 9.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
