Eastern Nebraska Human Services Agency (ENHSA) requests bid proposals from All Bidders
for their Office Renovation Project at 4715-4845 South 132nd Street (the former Millard
Refrigeration company offices), Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bid proposals are due Tuesday,
June 14, 2016 at 2:00 pm local time at the offices of F & B Constructors, Inc., (Construction
Manager for project) 4344 South 87th Street, Omaha, NE 68127. Bid proposals may be faxed to F & B Constructors’ office at 402-592-1039,
or e-mailed to kebert@fandbconstructors.com or ENHSAexteriorbids@fandbconstructors.com. The proposals should include a scope sheet
detailing the bidder’s inclusions and exclusions. It remains the responsibility of the bidder that their bid

The project is the Exterior Improvements of an existing two-story office building with a partial
basement, approximately 69,000 square feet. The work includes the construction of new
east/west main entrances, storefront entry systems, canopies, access hardware, partial tear off/replacement of roof system maintaining existing roof insulation (except for the north second floor
roof which will get new polyiso insulation) with new protection board, EPDM roofing, new roof
accessories, exterior windows-both aluminum thermally isolated as well as fiberglass
replacement windows, exterior metal panel siding/metal plate cladding, weather barriers
vapor/air barriers, HVAC insulated roof curbs/equipment pads, Site Utilities, Site Lighting,
Systems- security, fire protection systems, alarm systems and site paving/coating/stripping.
