Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on June 23, 2016 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Public Notes:
The work covered by this Statement of Work (SOW) consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to install fire suppression system for the basement, first and second floors of the 1776 RC. Project will include tying into existing stand pipe, running new system to meet current fire code. Alarm panel modifications, signage, acoustic ceiling replacement, new acoustic ceiling installation and fire rating separations where needed, installation of exit and emergency lighting, installation of new LED lighting system over Drill Floor. Removal and re-installation of light fixtures and ceiling fans as required. Remove abandoned air-handler system and repair of roof. NEARNG will provide roll off for waste metals at no cost contractor - to be recycled by NEARNG.
