Project Description: The Work of the Project involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, including but not limited to the following: Removal of existing North and South entry stairs, installation of new heated precast stair at South entry, installation of new heated precast ramp and stairs at North entry with canopy, replacement of pavement, sidewalks, and site vegetation, new precast trash enclosure. Scope shall also include site, mechanical and electrical improvements as noted on the drawings.
