Description: Construction of a retail center consisting of 2-single story buildings. The project size for the two buildings combined is about 27,000 square feet. There will be no interior finish work at this time.
Construction will consist of Earthwork, Site Utilities, Landscaping, Irrigation, Concrete Paving, Concrete Flatwork, Concrete Material, Rebar, Footings, CMU/Face-Brick Masonry, Steel Bar Joist & Metal Decking, Structural Steel, Duro-Last Mechanically Fastened Roof & Roof Flashing, Fire Sprinkler, Caulking and Sealant, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Aluminum Storefront Glass & Glazing, Drywall, Metal Stud Framing, EFIS, Painting, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Etc.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Barrington Shoppes at 370, LLC. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned complete and in like new condition to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. withing 30 calendar days of the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the stipulated time period, deposit will be subject to forfeiture.
