Bid Info:   F & B Constructors, Inc. will receive bid proposals from all trades' subcontractors for interior renovation work at 2609 Harney Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bid proposals are due Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM local time at the offices of F & B Constructors, Inc., (Construction Manager) 4344 South 87th Street, Omaha, NE 68127.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project building is a two-story building. The remodel area is limited to the upstairs designated floor area of approximately 2,800 square feet. The work includes removal and replacement of all ceilings, floor coverings, finishes, fixtures and furnishings, and the majority of interior, non-load-bearing stud partitions and doors. Demolition of Mechanical- HVAC and Electrical systems and equipment is included. The full scope of work is defined in the project Drawings and Specifications.
