Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: YRTC Geneva Cottage Roof/ Gutter Replacement will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located in the 1526 "K" St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 PM on August 23, 2016 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Geneva, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Re-roofing of three residential duplexes on the YRTC- Geneva campus for the State of Nebraska. Each duplex is approximately 1,875 square feet. Re-roofing consists of full roof tear-off, removal of integral soffit/gutter system, eave demolition, new asphalt shingles, new soffit/gutter/downspout system, and eave repair.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 1822 N. Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 (402)474-5454 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to A & D Technical Supply.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
