Bids are valid only if deposited at designated location prior to receiving time. All Bids are registered by automatic time clock at time of deposit. Bids deposited after receiving time will
be returned unopened. Valid Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All Bidders and interested parties are invited to attend. A Bidder’s List of the Bids shall be
available for attendees.

WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction of a new skywalk facility linking Truhlsen Eye Institute with the Lauritzen Outpatient
Surgery Center. The skywalk is approximately 2,300 square feet and is supported on concrete
piers bearing on helical piles.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
