Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Lexington Public Schools- Armory Welding Remodel located at 302 South Washington Street, Lexington, NE 68850 before 2:00 pm local daylight savings time on 24 May, 2016. At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Lexington, Nebraska

Public Notes:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project entails a remodel of the open bay space of the Armory building for a new welding shop and accessory classroom as well as locker room spaces. The project includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades as well as minor amount of general architectural work.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE 68508, Phone (402) 474-5454.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Lexington Public Schools.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply.)

CD's of the project in pdf format are also available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
