Douglas County School District No. 66, a.k.a. Westside Community Schools, will receive Bids for a
Combined Contract for building demolition of Oakdale Elementary School located at 9801 West Center
Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68124. The building is two (2) stories in height and has a total area of approximately forty-three thousand (43,000)
square feet.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Douglas County School District No. 66. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Deposit will be released upon return of Bid Documents, in good condition, no later than 30 business days after Bid Opening to the office of A&D Technical Supply.
After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
