Project Description:
The work consists of all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, including but not limited to the following: The construction of a new one story addition to the existing retail office building and a limited remodel of existing interior space. The components of the project shall include the following items, as well as other trades as documented in the contract documents. Site clearing, earthwork operations, concrete foundations, metal stud load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, brick masonry construction, wood trusses, structural steel tubes and columns, metal fabrications, asphalt shingles, gypsum drywall, raised access flooring, carpet, painting, ceramic tile, resilient tile, resilient base, acoustical panel ceilings, solid-core prefinished wood doors, hollow metal doors, frames and borrow lites, aluminum clad wood windows and doors, plastic laminate casework, solid surface countertops and other miscellaneous construction.
