Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received for the project known as: Family Practice Remodel, St. Francis Memorial Health Center – 4th Floor, Grand Island, Nebraska. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 19, 2016. Bids should be brought to the front desk of Family Practice and ask for Zelda Shoemaker.

Public Notes:
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Project consists of the remodel of the existing storage and office space area for a doctor’s pod with exam rooms and all associated work as indicated on the drawings and specifications. Noisy work shall be performed after hours.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Cannon Moss Brygger Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
If Bid Documents are returned to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. deposit will be forfeited.
