Eastern Nebraska Human Services Agency (ENHSA) requests bid proposals from All Bidders
for their Office Renovation Project at 4715-4845 South 132nd Street (the former Millard
Refrigeration company offices), Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Bid proposals are due Thursday,
May 5, 2016 at 2:00 pm local time at the offices of F & B Constructors, Inc., (Construction
Manager for project) 4344 South 87th Street, Omaha, NE 68127. Bid proposals may be faxed to F & B Constructors’ office at 402-592-1039,
or e-mailed to ENHSAinteriorbids@fandbconstructors.com. The proposals should include a scope sheet
detailing the bidder’s inclusions and exclusions. It remains the responsibility of the bidder that their bid

The project building is three-stories, approximately 69,000 square feet. The interior has
previously been completely demolished and is ready for new construction now. Drywall,
studs, ceilings, elevator, and doors, frames and hardware have already been bid and are
not a part of this interior bid package. The total work includes all new partitions, ceilings,
floor coverings, finishes, fixtures and furnishings, fire sprinklers, elevator, total mechanical and
electrical systems. The full scope of work is defined in the project Drawings and Specifications.
