PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Foundation for Educational Services Conference Room, 1300 "O" Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM CDT. Attendance by all interested Prime Contractors is required and advised for all Subcontractors. Contractors and Subcontractors should check in at the front desk and staff will escort them to the meeting location. Contractors will be allowed one (1) additional site visit to be scheduled at the Owner's convenience. Contractor to contact the Owner's representative (Shawn Lewis) to schedule.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received for the Foundation for Educational Services- VAV System Upgrade for Foundation for Educational Services at 1300 "O" Street, Lincoln, NE 68508. The bids shall be addressed to Irene Williams, FES CFO & VP Human Resources. Bids are due on or before Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM CDT for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will not be publicly read.

Public Notes:
The Work includes: Replacement of the Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes for the entire facility. Install a hot water heating system on each floor to provide heating to the VAV box reheat coils. Install a fan array return fan system in the Penthouse Mechanical Room which consists of four (4) fans with each fan having a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). Replace existing relief air, return air and fresh air dampers. Upgrade the outdated temperature control system with new. Electrical work associated with demolition of the fan powered VAV boxes and new return fan system.
